Jochen Zeeh is managing partner of the immoTISS Group. The civil engineer and business economist, who founded immoTISS care in 2008, specializes in investment and asset management. immoTISS care is an independent consulting and real estate management company focusing on senior citizens property and health care property. The portfolio includes investment consulting, property and competition analyses, as well as project development and conceptual design of healthcare real estate.

Timm Klöpper has been a member of the executive management team at IMMOTISS since March 2023. With a diploma in Social Economics, he brings extensive professional experience in corporate management and has gained comprehensive operational experience in the healthcare industry. Since 2014, he has specialized in negotiating care rates and refinancing issues. With his background in communication studies, he possesses a broad skill set in development, organization, and leadership matters. Timm Klöpper is responsible for establishing the second IMMOTISS office in Bremen and expanding the company’s focus to include refinancing and operational development.
